Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small loaf or round pan.
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Whisk in the egg, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
Pour batter into the greased pan. Smooth the top.
Drizzle heavy cream over top of the batter. Sprinkle the top generously with brown sugar and a light dusting of cinnamon.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool 10-15 minutes before slicing.
